What is All Her Own?

Your life belongs to you, too.

All Her Own offers private coaching and guided experiences for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, explore what they want, and start making more room for it in their lives.

You don’t have to take action before you’re ready. It all starts with desire, anyway.

Who this is for

For the woman who prioritizes everyone else. This is something just for her.

Why women come here

Where did she go?

Silhouette of a woman seen through a window at night

It’s not a mystery that it’s despair
Dripping down your spine and pooling at your toes
This emptiness is like the tallest building
You just feel…
Tired

You let your eyes wander to the window
You let the rain
Thump thump thumping
Somehow you sense it’s trying to hold you
You put your hand on the place where it aches

You don’t really want to go
After all, you’ve worked so hard to get here.
But is this really all there is?

You were young once
But you are struggling to remember what it felt like
To be in your body
To feel bold
To be hungry

You let yourself wonder for just one moment
Where she got lost.
The girl, the woman, the hungry wild one.
Did you leave her in the woods?
Did you leave her in bed?
You really shouldn’t be doing this, you think.
All this silliness.

But then you realize that you owe her more.
You promised her a life once.
You let her dream.
Your throat tightens as you realize
She’s still there.
You let your hand wander to the place you know she’s hiding.
You cover her with your palm and without thinking, you whisper a promise.

“I’ll come find you.”

And you will.
Because she’s still waiting for you.

Self-guided experience

Seven Nights

You know what it’s like to be hungry, but it’s been a while. Starvation will do that to you. So much of your life rests on your shoulders. People depend on you. Thinking about what you want can feel risky.

But you’re not satisfied. You miss feeling hungry. You miss feeling free.

For seven nights, I’ll give you a private, self-paced space to explore who you are, who you were, and what you might want now. I’ll provide questions and prompts to help you notice what’s there and start imagining what could be next.

No pressure to make a decision or change your life. Just seven nights to be curious about yourself again.

Meet the coach

Meet Jessica

I’m a certified life coach with a background in education, ministry, and business operations. I’m intuitive, curious, creative, and a little bit mischievous. I love beautiful things, interesting experiences, and getting to know people on a deeper level. I use imagination, visualization, and Jungian psychology in my coaching, and I’m especially good at seeing the wonderful parts of people they sometimes struggle to see in themselves. I created All Her Own to help women explore who they are, discover what they want, and enjoy more of life on their own terms.

I imagine myself as having two spirit animals (not in the woo-woo sense, just in the fun, get-to-know-me sense). The first is a fox. I’m quick, smart, and have sharp teeth. I listen, observe, and move cautiously. The other is a butterfly. I love to wander around, landing just long enough to experience something sweet before moving on to the next interesting thing.

My professional background is in (I’m slightly nervous to say) Christian ministry, high school teaching, and project management and operations in EdTech. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in management, but I’ve been studying people my entire life, and I think that’s where most of my expertise really lies. I’m innovative, intuitive, and obsessed with learning new things. I also love working with my hands, especially decorating and renovating spaces to make them beautiful. Creating experiences and hosting people are two of my favorite things to do.

I became a certified life coach in 2023 after attending a coaching event that pissed me off so much that I decided I wanted to do it better than they did. Turns out, I’m a very good life coach. I love listening to people and trying to understand the world from their perspectives. I’m highly intuitive and often notice things about people that they haven’t quite recognized in themselves yet.

I’ve coached people from a wide variety of backgrounds, but I’ve found that the people who resonate most with my approach tend to be fairly open-minded, curious, and intuitive themselves. I use a lot of visualization and imagination in my coaching, which can be challenging for people who prefer a more concrete approach. I adapt my coaching to the person I’m working with, but it’s worth mentioning that my self-guided experiences may not be as helpful for someone who doesn’t enjoy that kind of exploration. I also have deep knowledge of Jungian depth typology, which I use to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape how they experience the world.

I can speak corporate, and I’ve developed some pretty good muscles for navigating practical, structured environments. But I’m really enjoying this season of life, where I get to lean more heavily into intuition and creativity and help people experience beautiful things that don’t necessarily have to serve some practical purpose. I think there’s tremendous value in doing things simply because they’re interesting, pleasurable, or meaningful to us.

One thing I’ve always done when meeting people is look for what I call their “blueprint.” I believe there’s a particular way each person is that is uniquely and beautifully theirs. Over time, we adapt to our circumstances, develop protective habits, and sometimes move pretty far away from that original blueprint. But I don’t believe it ever really disappears. I love getting to know people well enough to recognize those parts of them, especially the ones they struggle to see or appreciate in themselves. There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing someone as they are and helping them recognize just how wonderful that is.

That’s a big part of what I’m hoping to do with All Her Own. I want to meet more wonderful women and create experiences that give them opportunities to explore who they are, what they enjoy, what they want, and what makes them feel most like themselves. I hope this becomes a space where women can discover, create, and enjoy something that is genuinely all their own.

Don’t forget to shut the door on your way out.
